Example Use
■ Installation instructions
· Lock holder: mount it in parallel to the parting line.
· Lock pin: cut it to the desired length, make the tap holes and lock the screws with the mold opened.
(Note: Before the lock pin is fixed, the mold must be in the fully closed state, and the clearance between the lock pin and the roller pin should be eliminated, and then the screws should be tightened.)
· Latch: cut it to the desired length, and mount it perpendicular to the parting line.
· Mount 2 or more parting lock sets at symmetrical position of the mold.
· If the mold needs to be repaired, please remove the mold locking unit before proceeding.
· After the product is installed, it is recommended to perform the mold opening and closing sequence test slowly on a mold closing machine or an injection molding machine to ensure the correct operation.
